We ship across India via our courier partners. Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days of purchase, and delivery generally takes 4–8 business days depending on your location. Free shipping applies on orders above ₹1,499; a flat shipping fee applies below that.
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS so you can follow it to your door.
Because every drop is made in limited quantities, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached. To start a return, contact us with your order number.
Size exchanges are subject to availability, since drops are limited and not restocked. If your size is sold out, we'll offer a refund instead.
Items marked "Sold Out" at the time of purchase, sale items, and any piece showing signs of wear are not eligible for return.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
